We are going to cover the second P in passing which is platform . The player needs to bring their hands together making sure that their thumbs and wrist are nice and tight and in line. Their shoulders should be rounded out and pressing forward having their arms out in front of them so that they are passing the volleyball away from their body. When you are a passing you want to make sure you are moving as much as possible except for when you about to pass the ball on contact. Keep your weight forward so you can move to the left or to the right.
